Manager Product Design – UI/UX: As Manager Product Design – UI/UX, you will lead a team of designers and drive the strategic direction of user experience and interface design across our digital products. You will be responsible for embedding, design thinking, user research, and scalable design systems into the product development lifecycle, ensuring our solutions are intuitive, user-centered, and aligned with business goals. Tasks: Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design culture (leadership). Define and drive strategic design initiatives, ensuring alignment with product vision and customer needs. Oversee the development and evolution of scalable design systems that reflect our corporate identity. Conduct and guide user research, usability testing, and UX discovery to inform product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Product, Engineering, Business) to ensure design feasibility and impact. Champion user-centered design principles and ensure empathy is embedded in every design phase. Translate complex requirements into elegant, functional, and visually appealing design solutions. Stay ahead of market trends and apply design thinking to shape future product experiences. Professional Requirements and Expertise: 9 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, including web-based applications. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related design discipline. Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design teams. Deep expertise in user research, strategic design, and design systems. Proficiency in Figma/Sketch, or similar tools. Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and enterprise UX challenges. Experience in logistics or supply chain-related products is a plus. Degree in Interface Design, UX Design, HCI, or a related field preferred. Personal Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a user-centered mindset. Proactive, self-organized, and collaborative. High attention to detail and visual design quality. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
