Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Recruiter, located in Chandigarh, India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also work on improving recruitment processes and strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills Strong ability to source and screen candidates Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a team setting Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
