As a Lead Data Scientist LLM, you will lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs across the organization. You will define best practices, guide technical strategy, and ensure the successful integration of LLMs into scalable, production-ready systems. Tasks: Lead the development and deployment of LLM and NLP models tailored to business needs. Architect and manage pipelines for LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into enterprise applications. Evaluate and optimize model performance using advanced metrics and feedback loops. Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, generative AI, and transformer architectures. Mentor team members and promote best practices in LLM development and deployment. Contribute to internal documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement. Professional Requirements and Expertise: 6 years of experience in LLM and NLP model development. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Deep expertise in LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, LLaMAIndex, or similar. Strong experience with prompt engineering, LLM adaptation, and deployment Good to have: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with AI/ML pipelines, and deployment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Personal Skills: Visionary and hands-on technical leader.
