Engineering Manager: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. Tasks: Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture Empower teams to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-centric software aligned with business needs Oversee project execution, ensuring technical excellence code quality, and timely delivery Support engineers 'growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, QA) to deliver impactful features Drive best practices in software engineering, architecture, and system design Promote modern development practices including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain a productive environment Professional Requirements and Expertise: 9 years of experience in software engineering, including 5 years in engineering management and team leadership Strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern development practices Hands-on experience with databases, Docker, Linux, AWS, and AI/ML technologies Proven ability to lead Agile, cross-functional teams through the full SDLC Good to have: Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance for enterprise-grade software. Familiarity with frontend technologies like TypeScript / JavaScript / HTML / CSS / React, Next.js / Vue.js / Angular.
