The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, identifying opportunities for account growth, and resolving any issues that arise to ensure the highest standards of service. Qualifications Experience in client account management and strong relationship-building skills Skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution Proficiency in using CRM software and managing client information Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry is a must Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
