Leveraged Finance Associate - Selby Jennings

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leveraged Finance Associate to join our clients team in London for a European Bank. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing leveraged finance transactions, including acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to provide strategic advice and comprehensive solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess transactions. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver pitch books and client presentations. Engage in due diligence processes, reviewing financial statements and legal documents. Work with internal teams to provide holistic client solutions. Participate in client meetings and support relationship management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Significant experience in investment banking or leveraged finance. Active deal experience with an Investment Banking mindset. Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.
