This permanent role is perfect for someone passionate about literature and language and inspiring students with their knowledge of the subject. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons and deliver to students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies. Participate in school activities and events. Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement. Communicate with parents about behaviour if necessary and on parent’s evenings. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching English at the secondary level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
