Location: UK-based (Hybrid x2/3 days onsite, rest remote) - compressed week with every other Friday off option available! Your Role: As a Commercial Manager, you’ll oversee contract and commercial management of multi-million-pound agreements, acting as the go-to expert for key stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to major proposals and negotiations across high-value, complex contracts. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial activities across major Defence & National Security contracts Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing in collaboration with legal, finance, and supply chain Guide teams through changes in contract scope or terms Contribute to strategic proposals and commercial governance What You’ll Bring: Degree in Law, Business, or similar Proven commercial management experience in a Defence or technical environment Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills Experience handling complex proposals and governance processes Why Join?
