Product Owner Belfast (Hybrid 2 days) Hayward Hawk are currently recruiting for a leading technology company in Belfast that specialises in delivering cutting-edge IT hardware solutions across enterprise and public sectors. As they continue to scale, theyre seeking a Product Owner to join their growing team and lead the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of their hardware product portfolio. As the Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer, owning the roadmap and backlog for a suite of IT hardware products. Youll work closely with engineering, sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of best-in-class hardware solutions Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for IT hardware solutions (e.g., servers, endpoints, network equipment) Gather and prioritise customer and stakeholder requirements, converting them into actionable user stories and features Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product development and delivery Analyse product performance and market trends to inform decision-making Ensure clear documentation and communication across teams Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware products from ideation through to retirement Act as the key point of contact for product-related queries, internally and externally Criteria Proven experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally within IT hardware or infrastructure Strong understanding of hardware technologies (e.g., servers, laptops, storage, networking) Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional delivery environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Commercially focused with the ability to balance business goals with customer needs Skills: product owner Hardware
