Paralegal Supervisor – Real Estate Location: Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow or Edinburgh Salary: £40,000-£50,000 & Generous Bonus scheme Contract: Full Time, Permanent Key Features: Exciting supervisory opportunity within a top-tier international law firm Lead a high-performing Legal Services Unit focused on real estate work Work closely with energy and utilities sector clients Hybrid/flexible working and excellent benefits About the Opportunity: CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a leading global law firm that is looking to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor into their Legal Services Unit This centralised team provides critical support to high-value real estate transactions, particularly within the energy and utilities sectors . This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position , where you will supervise a team of Assistant Paralegals, Paralegals, and Senior Paralegals. You’ll oversee key transaction work, including: Acquisition of substation and radio sites Lease management and renewals Wayleaves, easements, and variations The position will be based in Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow or Edinburgh , offering an excellent hybrid working policy and real opportunities for career progression. Role Responsibilities: Review and allocate incoming client instructions across the team Monitor team capacity and ensure appropriate workload distribution Support paralegals with transactional queries and client updates Track matter progress and maintain data rooms and online trackers Manage conflict checks and matter opening processes Participate in client calls and internal operational meetings Lead people management duties including onboarding, holiday/sickness approval, wellbeing, training, and appraisals Oversee financial performance—WIP, time recording, balances and reporting About You: At least 2 years’ real estate experience , ideally with supervisory or team leadership exposure Strong organisational and communication skills Detail-focused with a high level of professionalism Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels Able to manage multiple deadlines effectively Proficient in legal technology and document management systems Proactive and collaborative, with a commercial mindset What’s on Offer: Competitive salary, regularly reviewed Flexible hybrid working Discretionary bonus scheme Up to 28 days holiday (depending on length of service) Holiday exchange scheme Private medical insurance Enhanced parental leave Supportive culture with a clear path for career development How to Apply: If this vacancy is of interest, please click the Apply button.
