Application Support Analyst

Junior Application Support Analyst We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Application Support Analyst to join our clients internal Systems Department, supporting core business applications and ensuring seamless operations across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line user support for issues related to the ERP system (IFS). Respond to user queries promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of service. Troubleshoot application issues using documentation and support resources. Manage software user accounts and system access in coordination with team members. Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades and support process validation. Monitor and manage incident tickets, including liaising with external partners where needed. Assist with user onboarding and training; create and maintain user guides and documentation. Promote best practices across the business systems environment. Participate in cross-functional process reviews to support continuous improvement. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or IT leadership as required. Candidate Profile: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. A-levels or equivalent qualifications are required.
