Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate staff schedules and shift patterns Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process Handle compliance checks, references, and contract generation Coordinate with line managers regarding staffing needs Maintain and update internal HR or rostering systems Respond to general staffing and employment queries ? About You: Previous admin or staffing/rota coordination experience desirable Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR software Clear communicator, both written and verbal Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under time pressure A positive, team-focused approach ??
