Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Suffolk (Hybrid options available) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: c£55,000 We're working with a well-established organisation in the services sector that's looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee core accounting and reporting functions during an exciting period of evolution and growth. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, but also loves the bigger picture-budgeting, forecasting, leadership, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement. You'll be leading a capable team, working with senior stakeholders, and playing a key role in financial strategy and day-to-day operations. What You'll Be Doing: Leading financial reporting and ensuring the integrity of accounts Managing a small team and aligning their goals with broader finance objectives Supporting budgeting, reforecasting, and financial performance analysis Monitoring working capital, internal controls, and audit readiness Contributing to governance, risk management, and operational improvements Acting as a finance business partner across departments and regions What We're Looking For: A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting A confident team leader who communicates well across all levels Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder finance environment Skilled in Excel, detail-focused, and calm under pressure Why Apply?
