Property Valuer Wolverhampton, office based Permanent, £28,000 upwards, 40k OTE (depending on experience) Monday to Friday, 9-5 We are seeking an experienced Valuer to join a leading Estate Agents in their Wolverhampton branch. This role involves delivering accurate property valuations and supporting strategic sales decisions.Key Responsibilities: Conduct valuations of residential properties using market data and industry standards. Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment potential. Collaborate with sales teams to align valuations with business objectives. Produce clear, well-structured valuation reports. Maintain client relationships and deliver high standards of service. Monitor market trends and regulatory developments. Requirements: Proven experience in property valuation. Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and market analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in valuation software and CRM tools. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
