This role is focused on NetSuite optimisation and business process improvement — perfect for someone who thrives on making a tangible impact. Responsibilities: As an Interim Accountant, you will… Assess existing financial and accounting processes within NetSuite. Identify inefficiencies and recommend effective process improvements. Lead the implementation of updated workflows and best practices. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure successful adoption of changes. Deliver training and documentation to support new processes. Ensure all improvements align with financial regulations and internal controls. Produce clear, actionable reports on project progress and outcomes. Requirements: As an Interim Accountant, you will need… Proven experience in accounting roles with a strong focus on process optimisation. Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP , with hands-on implementation or enhancement experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently. Preferred Experience: Experience in a similar interim or project-based accounting role. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest NetSuite features and updates.
