Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. Oversee all aspects of retail operations, from stock control and visual merchandising to health & safety compliance. Drive commercial performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds KPIs. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Ensure the store maintains excellent presentation standards in line with company expectations. Adapt quickly to the demands of a busy retail environment, especially during peak trading periods.
