The Building Surveyor will also be responsible for providing professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations. Person specification This role will suit a Building Surveyor with key client management skills and is keen to progress in an organic environment.
