Electrical Supervisor

Your new role We are recruiting for an experienced electrical supervisor to join an established team on a complex and vast site.Key Duties will involve:- Supervising Maintenance Teams: Manage and coordinate electricians and technicians to ensure effective maintenance and repairs.- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and enhance system reliability.- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and resolve electrical faults swiftly to prevent disruptions.- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of electrical machinery, tools, and systems.- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and system performance for audits and efficiency tracking.- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with management, contractors, and suppliers for project planning and resource allocation.- Training & Development: Support the skill development of maintenance personnel and ensure they stay updated on industry standards.
