About the Role As a Finance Business Associate, you will work closely with budget holders to deliver clear, data-driven analysis that enables effective decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in forecasting, financial planning, modelling, and business case development, ensuring financial activity aligns with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Deliver divisional analysis, reporting and commentary to support operational decision-making Support financial planning cycles, including budgeting and forecasting Build business models to inform performance, ROI, and long-term planning Provide commercial and analytical support for business cases and investment decisions Collaborate with finance colleagues to enhance consistency and efficiency in reporting Identify opportunities to improve financial tools, processes and stakeholder engagement Role-specific knowledge & skills Essential: Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, AAT) and actively working towards full qualification Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools Experience delivering financial insights in a complex organisation Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Excellent analytical and communication skills Further information For further information, please contact John Lavictoire
