Salary: £45-55,000 depending on experience About the Company: A well-established business is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join its finance team. About the Role: This is a key position within the finance department, offering broad exposure across the business and senior leaders. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts Assist in budgeting and forecasting Provide variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership team Partner with departments to support financial planning and performance monitoring Reconcile key balance sheet accounts Ensure compliance with relevant financial standards and assist with external audits Contribute to continuous improvement of internal financial processes and controls Candidate Profile: Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Solid experience in a management accounting or similar role (can also consider first movers from audit practices too).
