The Role As Finance Manager , you’ll be at the heart of the action — leading a high-performing finance team, delivering sharp financial insights, and partnering with senior leaders to drive business success. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day management accounting processes Month end close Lead the finance team creating clear roles and responsibilities. Continuous improvement on Month End Processes - Hands on approach to understanding the processes and taking an active part in month end. Business partner with heads departments Accurate capex reporting Manage balance sheet reconciliations Providing detailed analysis for the financial reporting team where required Support in Ad hoc financial projects as and when required Review of Group Vat returns What You’ll Bring: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience working as an Accountant in a similar fast-paced environment with strong month end skills (scale-up, large corporate or high-growth division) Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a big-picture mindset Proven ability to excel under pressure, juggle competing priorities, and deliver results at pace Advanced Excel skills Why Join?
