Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient operations. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: Strong qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field- ACCA, ACA, CIMA Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or similar industries. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven track record in managing budgets and financial reporting.
