Supporting a Microsoft-led environment: Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc. Working closely with internal users and the wider IT team to keep everything running smoothly. Contributing to small infrastructure or improvement projects where needed. Helping to develop documentation and mentor junior team members. Building a platform for future progression into deeper infrastructure and project delivery roles. What we’re looking for: Strong experience in a 3rd line (or high-level 2nd line) support role. Solid knowledge across Microsoft technologies - including Windows Server and 365. A self-starter who takes ownership of problems and sees them through. Great communication skills, calm under pressure and clear with users. Someone who’s ready to grow, you want to move towards projects and infrastructure over time. This isn’t a dead-end support role.
