Head of Litigation Solicitor Location: Coventry, Hybrid Working: 3 Days Office/2 Days from Home Overview: Our reputable client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor (5 PQE) to lead the firms Civil Litigation Department, manage a varied caseload and drive team success. This senior role combines legal expertise, people leadership and strategic growth – with flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Key Responsibilities: Manage a broad caseload including: Contentious Probate Contentious Court of Protection Trust Disputes Boundary Disputes TOLATA Claims Dilapidation Claims Landlord & Tenant Disputes Contractual Disputes Lead and develop the team, supporting performance, compliance and professional growth Ensure SRA, AML, SARs, STARs and Lexcel compliance across the department Monitor and achieve departmental financial KPIs Attend and lead internal management meetings and client strategy discussions Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives Oversee staff training, development plans and regular performance reviews What You’ll Bring: 5 years PQE in Civil Litigation / Dispute Resolution Strong experience in the areas listed above Proven ability to lead and manage teams Excellent communication, organisation and client-handling skills Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SRA, AML, data protection, etc.) Confident in legal software, time recording and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between firm locations What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance bonus Flexible hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Clear career progression and leadership pathway Supportive, collaborative team environment Regular CPD, training and development opportunities Apply: If you would like to hear more about this Litigation Solicitor role, please contact Rebecca Healey at G2 Legal recruitment or apply online. discussion.
