Paraplanner – Wealth Management Location: Chester Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £40,000 Reference Number: 9654 About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Paraplanner to join a well-established and forward-thinking wealth management team in Chester . You’ll work closely with Financial Planners and the wider team to deliver outstanding service, with the opportunity to grow your technical expertise and make a lasting impact within a collaborative and values-driven firm. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports tailored to client objectives Supporting the advice process by researching and analysing financial planning solutions Assisting in the preparation of client meetings, including reviews and onboarding Collaborating with advisers to construct robust, tax-efficient financial strategies Keeping up to date with regulatory and product changes Mentoring junior team members (if appropriate), contributing to team development Playing an active role in continuous improvement of processes and client service What We’re Looking For Must-Have: A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent). This is preferred, but not essential.
