Deputy General Manager- Monday - Friday

Location: EC4M 7RD Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum overtime and an annual performance based bonus Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week - 8am to 4.30pm Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and develop a team of 17 Oversee the daily operation, deputise in absence of GM Financial Management Client Relationship building and management Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a hands-on manager with a strong hospitality background Will have a solid understanding of food and a passion for continually elevating standards and motivating their team Experience serving serving high-profile clients, and includes fine dining as well as large-scale events of up to 150 guests Previous experience as a manager is essential, along with a proven track record of leading a team of at least 10 people What's in it for you?
