Job Title: CNC Turner Setter/Operator Location: Rochford, EssexSalary: £30,000 - £38,500 (dependent on experience)Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 - 16:30 (37-hour week) 4 day weekOvertime AvailableAbout the Role:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist / Setter (Turner) to join our growing team in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. As a key supplier to the aerospace industry, we produce a wide range of high-tolerance components using CNC machines with Fanuc, Seiki, and Heidenhain controls. This role offers the potential to progress into a Team Lead position.Key Responsibilities:* Set and operate CNC Turning Machines, Lathes, Turning Mills, and Bar Feeders* Set and Operate Doosan, Hardinge, Mori, and Star machines* Ensure quality control is maintained to meet business and customer standards* Manufacture components in materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, and Inconel* Collaborate with the team to meet production targets in a fast-paced environmentSkills and Experience Required:* Experience with Fixed Head/Sliding Head machines using Fanuc and Seiki controls* Strong mechanical understanding and ability to use hand tools* Skilled in working to tight tolerances and reading engineering drawings* Experience with Bar Feed Machines (Desirable)* Experience with Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines (Desirable)Benefits:* Pension Plan* Health Cash Plan* Life Insurance Scheme* Employee Assistance Scheme (24/7 GP access and discounts on shopping)If you feel you are suitable please apply or contact Callum Withey for more information.
