Job Description: Account Manager Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the office a week! Role Overview: As the Account Manager for the account, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the relationship, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with various internal departments to deliver outstanding service and support. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong relationship, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction Serve as the main point of contact, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the account, proposing and implementing strategies to enhance the partnership Conduct regular meetings and reviews to discuss performance, feedback, and future plans Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and service level agreements Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to benefit the account.
