Job: Finance Business Partner (9 Month FTC) Location: Colchester, Essex Salary: £48,000-£58,000 Length of contract: 9 months An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Finance Business Partner with a background in the public sector to join a finance team in Colchester. Responsibilities include: Provide financial insight to senior leadership team to drive efficiency and change Business partner with stakeholders on financial performance and analysis Deliver high quality management information using predictive analysis and financial modelling Support with creation of cross-functional team projects Collaborate with finance colleagues on company policies aligned with strategic goals and continuous improvement Assess business costs and risks Ensure compliance with financial regulations The ideal candidate: Must be ACCA or CIMA qualified Must have experience working in the public sector Strong communication skills Proven track record in improving financial systems and driving performance Experience providing financial advice to inform strategic decisions Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results for the business Proven track record in building strong relationships with internal teams to influence stakeholders The client is offering hybrid work and £48,000-£56,000.
