Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to oversee various groundworks and civil engineering projects throughout the West & East Midlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining project timelines and managing Site Engineers over circa 6-10 projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage groundworks and civil engineering projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Work closely with the technical manager to implement GPS and machine control technologies. Participate in training and development programs focused on the latest advancements in machine control and modelling. Maintain clear communication with the project team and subcontractors. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: Proven experience in groundworks and civil engineering. Strong understanding of GPS and machine control systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines. Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications. What We Offer: Competitive salary between £75,000 - £90,000 per annum.
