Job Description

BPM Developer – AVP | £300–£400 per day | London / Hybrid We’re hiring for a BPM Developer (AVP level) to join a global financial institution’s development team. This is a contract role paying £300-£400/day , based in London with hybrid flexibility. You’ll be working on enterprise-grade workflow solutions using OpenText MBPM (Metastorm) , alongside a modern Microsoft tech stack. If you’re a hands-on developer with a passion for process automation and a knack for clean, scalable code, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and developing BPM workflows using OpenText MBPM (Metastorm) . Building and maintaining applications on the MS .NET platform using C# and JavaScript . Writing and optimizing queries in Oracle SQL . Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Supporting Agile delivery and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in BPM / workflow development using Metastorm or similar tools like Camunda, Appian, Flowable Strong development background in C# , .NET , and JavaScript . Solid understanding of Oracle SQL and relational database design. Familiarity with object-oriented programming and DevOps practices. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Bonus Points For Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines. Broader interests in culture, arts, or humanities – we value well-rounded thinkers.
