Job Description : • BSA experience working on Scrum teams. • Must be Guidewire Policy Center Cloud Certified. • Scrum Master Experience. • Experience working on Conversion Projects is an asset. • Experience working in personal insurance. • CIP Preferred or strong insurance knowledge. • Customer/business focused, strong stakeholder management and results oriented. • Consistent focus on business outcomes and benefits • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent planning and organization skills • Superior communication skills, formal and informal • Process oriented when creating and maintaining project artifacts. • Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up. • Must be a team-player, a team builder, and a driver. • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
