Director Tech Regulatory Execution - India-R-247495 Our Purpose & Summary Director Tech Regulatory Execution - India Program Controls, Operations, & Modernization (ProCOM) The work of this team focuses on Mastercard's programs and products, ensuring the use of good technology. We support the growing regulatory landscape while maintaining site reliability engineering (SRE) and modernization standards. This position is within the Technology Regulatory Execution team, which aims to ensure seamless regulation compliance, fostering innovation and standards of mastercardgood. Role The Director of Tech Regulatory Execution for India and South Asia provides essential technology consulting, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering innovation. Responsibilities include partnering with business teams, managing regulatory projects, collaborating with global teams, and addressing business and regulatory challenges aligned with organizational goals. The role involves tracking regulatory changes, representing Mastercard in inquiries, managing risks, revising policies, leveraging Mastercard technology, monitoring regulations, collaborating across departments, advising financial institutions, preparing compliance reports, conducting audits, and training employees. About You You should have a strong understanding of product development methodologies, be organized with facilitation skills, have project management experience in high-risk technology projects, and be able to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for navigating complex relationships between technology and business stakeholders.
