Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director, this role will lead and manage strategic travel and lifestyle partnerships across a regional rewards platform within a high-growth digital innovation unit of a leading technology group. It offers full ownership of partner relationships, brand development, and customer engagement strategies across APAC, blending commercial leadership with ecosystem thinking. Description Own and manage strategic partnerships with travel, lifestyle, and merchant partners across the region to drive value through a customer rewards ecosystem. Strengthen and scale an existing platform , ensuring seamless partner on-boarding, operational alignment, and long-term engagement. Lead go-to-market planning for new initiatives, including commercial negotiations, marketing collaboration, and cross-functional execution across internal teams. Drive customer engagement and loyalty by curating compelling offers and experiences through partner integration. Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize partner performance and deliver measurable business outcomes. Build the brand and identity of the rewards alliance across multiple APAC markets, positioning it as a leading consumer lifestyle platform. Monitor performance and ROI of partnerships, and proactively refine strategy to improve monetization and customer value. Profile Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, with around 8 years of experience in large corporations or MNCs Proven track record in business development, marketing, product innovation, and customer engagement. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
