What the role is: 1) You will design and organise common based programmes that complement Government’s efforts in reaching out to the community. E.g. SkillsFuture Advice@CDC. 2) You will also be involved in the outreach and engagement of community and corporate partners to deepen engagement and grow networks. 3) You will play the coordination role and assist to implement community action plans for the CDCs to strengthen its aggregator role and amplify its value through common based programmes Assist in developing strategies and initiatives to help the CDCs achieve their mission and objectives through strategic planning and whole-of-CDC policies. Develop and expand the network to engage partners and stakeholders, connecting communities to build their capabilities to address emerging and existing needs. Support the Office of Mayors in international relations matters and work closely with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, government agencies, and overseas counterparts. Manage national schemes spanning across five CDCs and review/monitor common-based programmes. Develop and incubate innovative programmes to address complex and evolving needs.
