We boldly go. Position Summary Trane Technologies' plant in Modugno is expanding rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team. This role will be the primary interface for all employees on HR-related topics. The HR Generalist will handle both tactical and strategic work, including employee relations, recruiting and retention, performance management, training, and development in a growing organization. The successful candidate will support change management and execute key HR processes and priorities. Duties include but are not limited to: Recruitment Employee relations, training & development, business partnering, and performance management Collaborating with leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with company goals (EES) Implementing HR projects such as smart working policies, PDC, and EES Overseeing the performance management program to ensure consistency Investigating and resolving employee relations issues; managing challenging conversations Influencing and coaching leaders to drive impact Creating and implementing internal communications Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices; providing soft skills training to address gaps Identifying high-potential and high-performing employees and developing tailored development plans Reviewing compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company philosophy; conducting salary surveys Developing and coordinating training activities based on employee needs analysis (Development Plan / PDC) Key Competencies and Success Factors Relationship management and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Patience, flexibility, honesty, and a team-oriented mindset Ability to plan, manage own work, take initiative, and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences Ability to work cohesively in a team and in a manufacturing environment Organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking skills Experience and Skills Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or HR certification preferred 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production settings within complex international environments Experience dealing with unions and labor relations expertise Deep understanding of labor law and employment regulations Fluent English (B2 / C1); French language skills are a plus Proficiency in MS Office We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and programs.
