Tasks and responsibilities : Building complex financial models and completing valuation, mergers, and other analytical exercises Drafting presentations for M&A transactions or strategic client dialogues Collaborating closely with the team to create client deliverables and meet ad-hoc client requests Working with industry, country, and product colleagues during origination and execution stages Conducting industry and company research to support business development and ad-hoc projects Profile required Studies & experience : A strong academic background from a top-tier educational institution At least two years of experience in Investment Banking at a recognized Investment Bank or M&A advisory boutique Proficiency in English Technical, operational & soft skills : Proficiency in MS Office applications Technical proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, Multiples, Merger models, LBO models) Analytical problem-solving skills High accuracy and attention to detail Strong work ethic Excellent presentation and communication skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and in a team J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
