Turn Over Coordinator

Mission Manage the achievement of the System Completion objectives, as defined in project hand-over procedures and other project plans and schedules. The goal is to facilitate the plant hand-over by guiding and monitoring activities across disciplines and site organization involved in the completion phase (HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, and Project Control). Ensure activities are carried out according to established sequences and optimize overall project delivery. Coordinate the interface between Construction and Commissioning Teams to ensure the progressive achievement of Mechanical Completion. Lead and manage clear communication and reporting regarding System Completion using the project's computerized Completion Management System. Main Responsibilities Coordinate, monitor, and report all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including the implementation of the Mechanical Completion System and tools. Promote actions necessary to achieve final subsystem/system completion for subsequent pre-commissioning works. Monitor that systems/subsystems are completed according to the priorities in the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule. Ensure progress updates for certification completion and punch list closure. Secure client involvement to obtain approval for Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU), and facilitate hand-over to the client. Participate in activities related to the arrangement of the Handover presentation, if applicable. Ensure all relevant procedures linked to handover activities are approved by the client. Guide the Turn Over Team in preparing required documentation. Organize weekly meetings with Construction and Commissioning Teams to coordinate handover completion according to commissioning priorities for Mechanical Completion. Coordinate with Engineering and Commissioning Teams to ensure all deliverables are uploaded to build the Completion Database in line with contractual requirements (TAG list, Family TAG list, System and subsystem list, Check sheets, ITP, marked-up P&ID, and drawings). Coordinate with Test Pack and Loop Check Coordinators to upload and update test packs and loop checks at the site.
