Position Details Type of contract: Fixed term (one year) Report to: Rooms Manager / Executive Assistant Manager - Operations Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Housekeeping Department, including supervising staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Conduct daily inspections of public areas, guestrooms, exterior, and back-of-house areas. Organize staff schedules, daily meetings, and assign tasks for housekeeping and laundry staff. Motivate, train, and supervise team members. Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Oversee room status reports, resolve discrepancies, and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals. Manage supply inventory and order supplies within budget. Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping services. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role. Passion for hospitality, luxury industry, and customer service.
