We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our store located at The Style Outlets, Vicolungo (NO). The role involves supporting the Store Manager in sales, organizational, and managerial activities of the store. Main Responsibilities: Assist in planning team rotations and schedules; Support in administrative tasks and back-office activities; Ensure excellent customer service and experience; Oversee merchandise receiving and stock supervision; Manage store layout and visual merchandising; Handle cash register opening and closing procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in full-price or outlet stores, with experience in footwear retail considered a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, results-oriented attitude, passion for fashion, flexibility, punctuality, determination, and customer focus are essential.
