Mechanical Engineer

About the job : Midea Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves designing, developing, and analyzing mechanical components and systems for our HVAC products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards while complying with industry regulations. Main tasks include: Designing and developing mechanical components and systems such as pipelines, plastic parts, sheet metal structures, and electronic cooling solutions. Performing engineering analysis using Solid Edge CAD systems to ensure product functionality, manufacturability, and compliance with standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing teams for seamless product development. Conducting failure analysis and recommending design improvements. Contributing to the development and implementation of quality standards and processes. Preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including updates in the PLM system. Reviewing designs through virtual reality, involving other teams to minimize changes during the prototype stage. Candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably within the HVAC industry. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices. Proven experience using UG (NX) and CAD systems for product design and analysis. Experience with pipeline design, plastic product design, and sheet metal design. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of FEM, 3D printing, and NX CAD is a plus. Experience working within a company with defined process flows. J-18808-Ljbffr
