Position Overview We are seeking an Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Antwerp, you will verify payment approvals and process payments efficiently. Key Responsibilities Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and receipts Obtain approvals for non-Cost of Goods Sold invoices Enter supplier invoices into payables software Notify suppliers of rejected invoice items Process expense reports and procurement card payments Alert managers when expenditures exceed budgets Discuss payment proposals with management Incorporate supplier credits into payments Research supplier payment requests Update supplier master data Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred Up to 5 years of accounting experience Proficiency in SAP and Excel Knowledge of French is a plus Independent and proactive work ethic Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills Adaptability to fast-changing environments Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across cultures What We Offer International work environment Hybrid work mode Company discounts Selection Process CV screening (English CV required) Behavioral & Cognitive assessments HR interview Feedback and offer Join Us Contribute to our mission to lead in the QSR sector, enjoy career growth, and be part of a culture that values learning, diversity, and sustainability.
