The Role We are seeking a strategic, well-organized, and internationally minded Project Manager to join our Federal Student Experience Team, based in Turin. This cross-campus role is key to enhancing and harmonizing the student journey at ESCP, from onboarding to graduation. You will lead high-impact initiatives designed to improve student engagement, support services, and student satisfaction across all five ESCP campuses. The role requires regular collaboration with local student services, academic departments, central support teams, and students themselves. Key Responsibilities Design, lead, and implement cross-campus projects aimed at enhancing the overall student experience Coordinate and align local efforts by collaborating closely with student services teams across all campuses Collect and analyze student feedback through a biannual Qualtrics survey, translating insights into concrete service improvements Organize and facilitate working groups across campuses Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables; report regularly to the Director of Student Experience and to the Executive Vice President of Student Experience Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with internal financial procedures Travel regularly to ESCP’s Paris, Berlin, London, and Madrid campuses to coordinate with local teams and oversee project delivery Your Profile 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in higher education or international, multicampus organizations Proven ability to manage complex, cross-border projects with multiple stakeholders Fluent in Italian & English and other European languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication Able to work independently, manage priorities, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Committed to improving student life and aligned with the values of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation Why Join Us?
