When you join the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management. KPMG Advisory’s Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join our Verona team serving clients in the Consumer & Industrial Markets sector. Specifically, you will be tasked with: • design and implementation of compliance programmes (anti-bribery, Legislative decree no. 23 1, Antitrust and Legislative decree no. 26 2); • integrated compliance and design of digital platforms; • evaluating and designing internal control systems; • non-financial reporting systems i n line with emerging regulations and international frameworks; • enterprise risk management models integrated with climate-related and ESG risks. Come As YouAre - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if: • you have a master's degree in business and management, business administration, administration, finance and controlling, engineering management ; • you have at least three years of experience in similar roles or as an auditor with a consulting company/Big Four company or in the internal audit departments of industrial companies; • you have interest in working on corporate governance , internal audit, risk management and compliance topics and for companies in the consumer & industrial markets sector; • you have an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; • you have an excellent command of Microsoft Office; • CIA, CRMA, IRCM, CFE, etc. professional certification is preferred.
