Your Responsibilities Lead the development and digitalisation of the remote services strategy Lead, motivate, and develop a team of remote services personnel, including the development, implementation, and management of operations, using the latest technologies and industry best practices Analyse customer feedback and other data sources to develop customer-centric solutions Develop and implement service improvement plans for identified shortfalls Design and develop solutions to optimize performance and scalability Oversee deployment, maintaining security, reliability, and cost-efficiency Monitor team performance and establish corrective action plans where needed, regarding performance, trends, and capacity issues Ensure the team exceeds commitments on service level agreements and uptime Your Qualifications & Skills Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Solid experience in a similar position with a proven track record in developing and implementing processes, structures, and new technologies Experience and knowledge of Remote Services trends and new technologies Customer-centric mindset Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment with both tactical and strategic activities Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, high judgment for decision-making, and complex problem handling Ability to offer innovative solutions outside set parameters Fluency in English Our Commitment Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company Wide range of training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits Why Alpitronic We are driving the world towards sustainable mobility with cutting-edge technology, inspiring with innovative and reliable solutions.
