The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring system requirements are met, and improving business processes. Responsibilities Analyze client business processes to identify needs and improvement opportunities. Support client in re-engineering processes. Define customizations and configure ERP solutions based on functional requirements. Develop project blueprints and support key users during simulations. Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in a structured operational environment, with a focus on supporting business processes. Good command of English. Willingness to travel to client sites.
