About the job The Wallet Development Kit (WDK) Software Engineer develops Tether’s open-source toolkit for self-custodial wallets on mobile and desktop. The role involves designing, implementing, and collaborating to enhance the toolkit. Experience with wallet creation or DeFi is beneficial. Responsibilities Innovative Solutions: Develop groundbreaking projects using agile and innovative tech. Scalability: Maintain responsive, real-time backend services for growth. Security: Ensure top security standards to protect assets and data. Experience in building or integrating crypto wallets for DeFi/blockchain, modular architecture, and complex platform/API development is required. Quick Learner : Adapt rapidly to new technologies. Security Awareness : Implement best security practices. Nice to have High-Availability: Experience with system reliability practices.
