Business Development Specialist

Generation Italy, a non-profit foundation launched in 2018 by McKinsey & Company, aims to reduce youth unemployment by engaging companies as potential employers to identify in-demand professions and skills, and providing targeted training programs. These programs combine soft skills and technical competencies through free, intensive, experiential training courses. Position: Junior Business Development We are seeking a Junior Business Development professional to support the expansion of Generation Italy's programs. The role involves operational activities related to placement and building a network of partner companies, collaborating with Program Managers and the Head of Operations & Business Development.
