For over 25 years, Artviva has created authentic, high-end Italian travel experiences for discerning international guests. We’re now looking for a dedicated team player to help design custom travel itineraries, manage operations, and deliver outstanding client service. What You’ll Do : Design and coordinate bespoke travel experiences : tours, guides, transfers, accommodations, and dining Handle client inquiries and prepare tailored travel proposals Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and suppliers Maintain internal records and assist with invoice tracking and review Help with seasonal tasks including marketing support and website updates (WordPress experience a plus) Represent the company in a front-facing role with international tourism customers Work as part of a small, collaborative, and international team based in Florence Who You Are : Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); other languages (German, French, Chinese, Japanese) a plus Experienced in luxury travel design , customer service, or the Italian tourism sector Organised, independent, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail Excellent communicator with proven sales ability and a warm, professional demeanor Digitally proficient, with the ability to learn new systems quickly (WordPress experience preferred) Presentable, motivated, and confident in working with high-end international clients Able and authorized to work in Italy full-time, including some weekends Committed to living and working in Florence long-term (Florence residents preferred) Why Join Us : This is a unique opportunity to grow with one of Italy’s most respected and innovative travel companies.
