Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist @ ERM | HR Recruitment The Legal Counsel will be based in Milan. The Role The Junior Legal Counsel provides accurate, timely, and value-added support to the team’s needs across all ReachCentrum service lines. Job Responsibilities Assist in preparing legal documents and contracts, and facilitate their signing. Serve as a liaison between the business and legal teams for legal requests and review coordination. Support legal reviews and provide legal advice. Conduct legal analysis and research. Maintain fluency in spoken and written English. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Be a good team player, meticulous, proactive, with strong communication skills. Knowledge of REACH Regulations is a plus. Candidate Requirements 1-2 years of experience. Passed the bar exam or not interested in passing it. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in MS Office.
